    Once the service has been contracted or requested, the Clearis team will respond to you within no more than ONE business day, activating the following schedule:

    • Contact by email or telephone (if this first method is not taken into account) to arrange a first meeting via video conference.
    • Conducting a video conference around the brand identity design that we want to work on (it will be held as soon as possible, depending on the client's availability).
    • Delivery of the design within the corresponding period depending on the chosen intensity.
