1. PRICES:
Both the prices shown on our website and any services associated with shipping include the taxes that apply to them, in accordance with the Law currently in force in Spanish territory.
2. PAYMENT METHODS:
Currently, different payment methods are accepted (see the section for this purpose). Throughout the life of this platform, new payment methods will be included, taking into account the security and cost that these provide to our users.
3. SHIPPING:

3.2 Delivery incidents:

4. INVOICES:
We make them available to you permanently on our server. You can access them by identifying yourself with your user code and password, with which you placed your order.
We know that not all receipts and invoices are usually kept, but if you use the guarantee you can present any proof of purchase, whether it be a delivery note, proof of payment or invoice.
During the purchasing process, the customer may decide whether they want a copy of the invoice for their order in electronic format. In addition, if they wish, they may receive this invoice in paper format free of charge at the address of the billing address. To do so, please contact us by any means (phone, email, chat, etc.).
5. WITHDRAWAL:
5.1 In the context of online sales, it is established that consumers have the right to withdraw from a purchase made remotely or outside an establishment within a period of 14 calendar days. During this period, they may cancel the order without having to justify their decision, according to the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (modified by Law 3/2014, of March 27).
5.2 If you have paid by credit card, the amount will be refunded to the same credit card. If you have paid by bizum, a refund will be made to you through bizum.
5.3 The process will be the same if you have made a mistake during the order processing.
5.4 The refund will be made within 14 calendar days from receipt of your withdrawal request.
However, you can always exercise your right of withdrawal through any means permitted by law (fax, mail, telephone...).
