Description

Processus simple qui nécessite un fichier d'entrée, au format généré par la plateforme du client (par exemple, SENDCLOUD) et l'agence associée aux expéditions (UPS, GLS, etc.), et la sélection de cette option sur le web, après connexion avec un nom d'utilisateur et un mot de passe.

Une fois le fichier généré sur la plateforme du client (chaque processus étant documenté, en tenant compte de l'origine) et téléchargé dans le système, le fichier est obtenu adapté au format souhaité par la franchise (actuellement MBE) pour être incorporé dans les mêmes conditions que s'il avait été généré par ce système.

Ce module automatise et intègre tous les mouvements générés par nos clients, sur nos propres plateformes et sur les plateformes tierces MKTPlaces, où ils vendent et sont limités à des solutions de transport « non 100 % universelles », garantissant ainsi leur intégration correcte dans notre système et sans aucune manipulation.

Frais d'activation (200 €), comprenant :

- Génération des utilisateurs ayant accès au système.

- Conseil et soutien pendant le processus d'activation

- Génération du premier fichier, à partir des options actives, via un processus partagé (vidéoconférence, incluant l'enregistrement de la session).

- Premier paiement mensuel inclus dans cet article.

Frais mensuels de 50 € (+ TVA) qui comprennent les mises à jour des processus liés au temps de contractualisation (origines et agences de transport), les améliorations de sécurité de l'environnement, ainsi que les formats de fichiers ultérieurs (nouvelles agences) qui sont intégrés au système.
